Looking for ways to step into leadership, build your team and meaningfully impact youth lives? Welcome. You're in the right place.
Rachelle Archer is a visionary leader in the field of arts based therapy, coaching and education. Like you, she's passionate about ensuring that vulnerable and underrepresented youth populations experience the transformative power of education, in all learning spaces. For over 20 years she has pioneered innovative and impactful youth development programs for some of San Diego’s most vulnerable youth. She is a founding member of the Monarch School, a one of a kind K-12 school for youth impacted by homelessness in San Diego and her efforts have contributed to the school’s internationally recognized model for education for youth impacted by trauma and homelessness. Rachelle takes a stand for leaders in schools and community based organizations to create healing communities for their students--and themselves--so that both can live up to their full potential. She provides mentoring, coaching, team building, training, and professional development to organizational leaders, expressive arts practitioners, teaching artists, mental health and social service providers and the Creative Youth Development community, so that they can effectively reach the youth they care so deeply about. Her work aligns individuals and teams with their vision, core values and passions, empowering them to reach their target outcomes. Self-care and balance are at the core of her work. Her training in Expressive Arts Therapy, Education & Coaching imbues her work with rich uses of creative expression, embodiment, experiential learning and play, making the work feel more like fun!
She's here to inspire, equip and empower leaders like you to transform youth lives.
